    The good thingsEvery day will be big task for you here, working in a environment where by u will pass by a lot of passenger who are traveling to different countries and with differ type of needs. I learn what are human being look like. I learn not everyone have the same needs and also learn not only the rich travel on airplane where by there are a lot of people travel here with different type of needs.
    The challengesThe challenges that I face when I work here is the languages that people spoken I can't understand cause I'm a Malaysian who knows Malay, English and Tamil. Somehow I try to understand their needs by hand sign languages. Another thing is if the flight get delayed we are get blamed for, and also trow their frustration but we have to patient and understand so many things that they go thro.

    The good things-attached to Jurong Division under Sector L1, HR Siew Hua/Poh Chu was very friendly and all our staff benefits was really taking care by the managements. -racial harmonial was created by celebrating a mini events on every festival seasons. - inspector Ramesh and SSGT Chandra really helped me a lot to groom myself to be a better policeman.
    The challenges-as a workaholics like me, the Overtime period should be given in a fair ways so every single person can enjoy it rather than been given to the same person although he/she may not be suitable to cover certain duty post.
