    No good team work & cooperation.old woker refuse to do improvement.if want to do any improvemnt..please remove" hard" people first.

    The challenges1.Handle old type local worker that much experience machinist..they request high pay but..don't want fully support any improvement projects. 2.Show off only.don't respect new people. 3.When do easy job.always delay the part output with unnecessary task.
