Out of all workplace I have been to, this is the one I missed most. The working environment is very positive. All ranks of staff mingled in same level, no discrimination can be seen here. The facilities and the subsidy that CGG gave, propelled it's employee to be more productive.
The challengesEvery work culture have it's own challenges. Of course, the communications is the most challenging in doing day to day activities. Without clear and courteous communications, any company is doomed. Luckily, in CGG, an effective communications course has been put in place to provide it's staff with great level of communications skills.
