    The good thingsA very happy working environment with friends and tolerable superior. Flexible working hours.
    The challengesAR struggle to keep up good track of payment from customer but never get allowance/bonus for it but generalized the variable bonus from whole business goal.

    The good thingsThe environment is good for people who really hard working. The employer are quiet understanding to the worker. Flexible working hour and you can claim on everything if you are going for outstation. As long as you keep the resit.
    The challengesThe challenges i meet there is the to work with many foreign worker and boss. There are report which need to be send to general manager for your Key Performance Index. Also audit from many agency help me to know every requirement that need to be follow.
