    The challengesI need to communicate with all the cashiers from each branch and there are times where there will be a mistake on the transaction.

    The good thingsWork life balance achievable, less politics between staff, Average salary (You will get what you deserve). No OT culture.
    The challengesIf you work for long term here, you tend to get outdated as the management and system here is kinda oldschool. Not recommended if you are pursuing company where you can learn a lot.

    The good thingsWorking here has widen my knowledge toward the working industry especially how everything works. It is not easy but i know i can make it through. My manager and my colleagues treated me well and able to guide me professionally.

    The good thingsThe boss is a wise and good person. Emphasis on a career development. Though the working hours are long and the stress is quite high. but this is one of a place where people can truly develop sales experience, managing experience and etc.

    The good thingsLearn how to communicate with customer. For example when asking for their installment payment. Also, always try to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly target. Try to be patient is most important for this position. Very happy when you achieve your target.
    The challengesWhen you asking for the payment, you will face many different type of customer. Sometimes they will be angry when you asking for the payment. Some customer also did not give you cooperation and testing my patient. It makes me stress because i cannot achieve my target for that month.

    The good thingsYou can learn a lot as there are many job opportunities and if you are hardworking. You can learn a lot about about furniture and electrical industry and the operation of branches. You will have to work with different departments.
    The challengesThere are times we need to work extra hours, even till midnight. There are times we need to do all sorts of works when there are shortage of worker. There are times no one would guide you so you have to work things through yourself.
