    The good things-Co workers really helps a lot during my work here - high salary than the average market can offer
    The challenges- the purchasing team did not coorparate very well - bosses Always in contact with you after working hours and even at 5am

    The good thingsThey give permanent position, have site allowance, phone allowance, Bonus Every Year and also Increment. They also give me a lot of opportunity to gain new experiences from i was in Site Safety Supervisor position until what i have been now as Safety & Health Officer.
    The challengessometimes superior did not give full support to implementing safety and health programme

    A place that able to train you become better skillful person
    The good thingsA fast paced environment and the company offer higher salary than the market. Management rewards good employees with high increment and bonus but everything comes with your contributions and efforts. Company growth fast within a year time and moving to new office
    The challengesStarting might be will difficult but now is the very good time to get the opportunity of growth in career position cause every system is slowly setting up and one day you can be one of the management team.
