MeaningfulThe good thingsfirst of, i was a internship student at the company for a good 8 months and my experience there was more than what i had expected. the employer was too good to be true, he wasn't one to stop you from learning and asking questions was one of the things that he like. the other coworkers were being friendly and helpful yet still maintain their professionalism. i never had a internal social problems the whole time i was there. the location of the company is somewhat stressful due to located in the middle of the city but it was worth it. the payment was fair as they pays you as what the market expects to. learning things was not a problem while staying over yet it is to bear in mind that as long as you keep that level of professionalism with you all the time there, they would not be shy to return the favor. additional points was that the company would go on a holiday once or twice a year which contributed to the strong teamwork scene.
The challengesthe company is a small valuation company in Kajang which does not allow much of a career advancement. the working environment was the typical one colour office that does affect your mood once in a while.
