    for lateness, our salary need to cutoff. Should come to work early and get to go home late and the hour not been count

    The good thingshigh salary but never defined job scope, working 6 full day in a week. The boss acting unreasonable most of the time.
    The challengesThe boss always being unreasonable most of the time. Company does not have proper procedure to follow, the procedure will be changing too frequently until cannot keep track of. all procedure on verbal and changes taken place in minutes
