    The good thingsIt was fun to have helpful and supportive colleague. The increment & bonus not bad.
    The challengesThis company apply a very old traditional work culture. Management is a mess. Always ask other people to involve in others job. What a mess. Management love to make personal decision without asking other opinion and make other people job difficult

    The challengesadd-on job a lot. Poor planning. Standby you have to work during weekends, fair or replacement promoter. No incentive given during the weekends or holiday. Just a replacement leave. No allowance meal or OT is provided. Weekends need to chase merchandiser for report. No incentive scheme is explained well

    The challengesWe only can take leave on weekday but not on weekends. So, if the company can tolerate with the employees to give a leave on weekend maybe a good choice.

    The good thingsHAVE A GOOD AND COOPERATED BRAND'S SV, EXACUTIVE AND MANAGER. SUPERVISOR WILL VISIT AND COMING THE COUNTER FOR EVERY EARLY MONTH AND UPDATE ANY NEWS AT THE WHATSAPP GROUP. EXACUTIVE WILL COME VISIT THE COUNTER FOR EVERY THREE OR TWO MONTH ONCE. AND SOMETIMES MANAGER ALSO WILL COME WITH THE EXACUTIVE AND SUPERVISOR. THEY WILL LET ME GIVE MY OPINION FOR ANY SALES AND COUNTER IMPROVEMENT.
    The challengesNOTHING TO CHALLENGE MY SELF WORKS WITH THE COMPANY. BUT, THE CHALLENGENCE MORE TO THE OUTRIGHT CENTRE THAT HAVING A FEW PROBLEM THAT NEED ME TO COVER.
