    It is always Cheiling ❤️
    The good thingsEmployees are given freedom to maneuver their job execution within the framework dictates by management and client guideline. To say that colleagues are just mere colleagues are totally an understatement. At least for me, personally I feel like home, there are more like families.
    The challengesGetting things done accurately and be proactively really drive me to growth further professionally and individually.

    Stress but Worth to gain experience
    The good thingsGood working environment such as best pantry, and lot of activities provided by HR department. Nice team lead to guide and lead the team. Other colleague are quite helping each other.
    The challengesMajor challenges are from the client side, even only need to handle 1 client but still lot of client department need to overcome. Company are trying to achieve work life balance but honestly to say cannot achieve.

    Cannot have work life balance. Problematic CSD
    The good thingsFun colleague. Benefit so far just staff purchase at client website. Not much for increment or any other benefit. Can only see night time when go back from office. Good thing can go to eco city and mid valley during lunch time. Really near with public transport.
    The challengesAll the time need to please client. CSD cannot handle client then cause trouble to whole team. The work system was messed. They really have problem if staff go back early. Workload was heavy. All work need to be ready EOD. No OT just staff meal but really complicated to claim so basically work over time for free then company still never appreciate their staff. CSD always interrupting other department job all the time but still never do his/her job to manage client. Not a healthy environment for long term work.

    The good thingsMY SUPERIOR AND MANAGER TEACHES ME A LOT OF NEW THINGS AND GAVE USEFUL ADVISES AND MOTIVATION TO BE USED IN MY WORKING LIFE. SOME OF MY FELLOW COLLEAGUES REALLY SUPPORTING AND HELPS ME A LOT WITH MY WORK.
