stuborn boss

The good thingsgood colleagues nice office

The challengesboss are not supportive and do not appreciate / at least as an employee I don't feel appreciation from boss and boss always challenge our job + do not listen to others no matter advice, facts, problem suggestion etc if all these not appeal the same way boss thought. boss only want people to follow all her way and think we are all wrong & she is the one who only right. she like micro management therefore is always busy & impatient to listen
