    Great company to start your career
    The good things-Great company for fresh grad to learn and earn experience. -Great working environment, all the staff are friendly even with the upper management is very friendly.
    The challenges-The pays is low -Work load high as the incoming sample come in everyday if you are able to manage your own time its should be no problem

    The challenges-Often require OT, and really busy, require to handle your stress well -not much development in career -no employee benefit -communication among management need to be improved

    A good place to learn new things.
    The good thingsThe environment is good, everyone is closed with each other and it is very much family-like company. There's monthly luncheon together. The employer also provides a number of training that is useful for the employees.
    The challengesUnpredictable sample in-flow, one should be able to handle pressure and have the ability to plan the appointed work ahead of time, and be smart on time management.

    Many work and easy to gain experienced. Lot of testing that are not be learning at university can be learn here.
    The good thingsOpportunity to gain experienced, many chemical instrument available to learning and adapting new method. Salary quite good and holiday easy to apply. Easily adaptable even for fresh graduate. The law not that strict.
    The challengeswork distribution among employee with the same position not fair. Some have little work and some are not. Too focus on seniority of staff without looking at overall staff performance. Cooperation among staff need to be improved. Manager need to know staff also have live outside of their work.
