    Excellent start to my career path, and would recommend to others alike.
    The good thingsA one stop centre for industrial supply chain, theres a lot to learn and gain for fresh grads. Great friends. Work culture is work focused, but has a good work life balance. Salary is competitive. Plenty of potential for career advancement.
    The challengesManagement commitment and responsibility for Environment, Safety and Health is lacking and could be further improved.

    The challengesThe management approach was highly traditional and often biased, with limited support for employee well-being. HR functioned more as an extension of management rather than as an advocate for staff. The workplace culture lacked empathy and promoted unhealthy practices, such as celebrating a "no medical leave" culture, which I found counterproductive and concerning.
