    Poor management decision, No Customer Service in melaka branch since 2020 & workload increasing.
    The good thingsEnvironment ok. Many training can attend.
    The challenges11 years I'm working here (2014 - 2026), it is good platform for new employee which dont have experience, here you can collect many experiences, but growth and for settle down here is impossible. Workload increasing every years, and job all have due date which is common for accounting firm. Company also keep doing every year - new system/new task which is no need to do (double work for same 1 task) which affected in workload too many. Also you have to cover any vacancy position like example - finance have to cover Customer Service (due to company no budget to hire Customer Service), this will make you misaligned from your task & growth, end up i had burn out.

    GOOD LEARNING ENVIRONMENT
    The good thingsgood environment for learning. Senior willing to help but need to ensure job on track or else will be scolded by manager. Celebrate almost all occasion(raya,cny.xmas). Manager will give us to handle job according to our capability. Sometimes will have meeting to share thought about accounting/auditing.

    Bad experience as a freshie
    The good thingsI enjoy the company of my colleagues when doing my work especially during the past peak period. I get to see other industry accounts and learn more from that
    The challengesThe incentives here are below par. KPI scheme does not make sense. The pay is below market price. I could work at 7eleven and make more money there. No such thing as worklife balance here. The laptops and equipment is not well maintained and this make life even harder there.

    The good thingsThe company provide internal training once in a quarter and also update you the latest information about account, tax, secretary and audit. Cross departmental collaboration provide wider view for staff to learn various stuff and even improve their softskill. The management team are helpful and always seek for improvement.

    The good thingsThe partners have great confidence on the colleagues and guide them to the success. Never expect a company will let a 24 years old young guy with 2 years experience to be branch manager. and keep guiding me to a nxt level of management. Learn a lot especially in technical knowledge and management skill.
    The challengesThe partners will demand a lot and always want you to move out from your comfort zone. Besides that, the company is implement KPI on bonus, although challenging but motivate people to strive it.

From associate, many have grown to be partners in the firm after going thru the firm Leadership Program.
    The challengesClients are from diverse industries which need a lot of learning about the industries. Most of us learn from seniors who have assisted providing on the job experience sharing. After promotion to Managerial positions, the learning curve is steep but satisfying especially managing existing and new people from diverse backgrounds and attitudes.

    A Good place to start
    The good thingsWork life Balance, fast track in career opportunity if you have certain qualification when considering the geographical situation. Consider average salary in the states. Staff are nice in a certain level when do not face any working stuff. Got fixed seat, Laptop are provided and quite a nice pantry when compare with some others. A well developed KPI system.
    The challengesWithout a certain level of qualification, promotion would be hard. The Management is its weakness. Since not working at big city, the EQ of the staff are aim to be improve, perhaps developing an culture would help improve the situation. Due to the KPI system, competition within staff might be worst. To be improve :- 1) Culture 2) Management 3) Salary Scheme (To be more attractive for attracting talent staff)
