    Fruitful learning experience!
The good thingsThe office operates on a trust basis. Working location is flexible as long as working hours are met and deadlines for tasks are met. Excellent office facilities with in-house cafeteria and social room for employees. Mentors and directors were all helpful in assisting with tasks and providing knowledgeable insights to boost the learning effectiveness. Overall, I felt like i was holding a position of responsibility within the company and enjoy the trust that is given to me by my manager/colleagues.
The challengesLearning how to apply new technologies to businesses is a completely new experience for me as I come from a chemical engineering background. The experience working at CHEP pushes the boundaries of learning within limited time given to complete tasks. Therefore, my self-learning skills were challenged during the internship. Furthermore, the high standards set by the company must be followed at all times.

I m a key account manager, responsible to growth my own account.
The good thingsFlexibility of working hours, my superior given full empowerment to care of my own account, as long as no outstanding payment. No doubting the work load is too much without any helping hand and support from my superior and assistant
The challengesWorking manually without a proper indoor assistant is a big challenge of time running outside the office.

The power to live up your potentials
The good thingsGood coaching and mentoring by the senior management team.
The challengesBeing a Multinational company, everyhing was process driven. To succeed required ability to present cost-benefits analysis, thoughts and findings through proper channels and forums before it gets approved internally. Sometimes slow to response to market dynamics due to its large size.

    The Pallet Journey
The good thingsThey are well verse on the industry but the controlling system could be developed and improved more. The working environment and colleagues are fantastic and they are the pillars. Overall good experience and knowledge gain.
The challengesBeing too lenient and give in too much too their customers. The current system used for controlling the supply chain flow need to be improved and developed more. The overall supply chain needs much further improvement.

The good thingsGood learning curve but one needs to have the agility and strong drive/initiative to work things out. They provide a good opportunity for your career path but you need to put in lots of effort. They have just started to match your career path to your skills set and desire.
The challengesTraining is lacking here and proper guidance is absence. Induction and job training is not sufficient.
