    Consider before taking it
    The good thingsGood if can work alone and do everything. They willing to pay if they are desperate for a person in that role.
    The challengesNo proper system in the company, eventhough it is well established in HQ China. All plants running own system, can be confusing and people are not sharing knowledge.

    The good thingsManage to penetrate the malaysia market and make an impact on sales volume while making it an brand to be on the radar.
