    How it's like working here
    The good thingsCulture & Working Environment. Flexibility and small organization - tend to be busy & interesting and not boring. We get holiday on Monday when PH falls on Saturday. Inter-BUs relationship is easy to establish and maintain which makes work quick and easy. Can discuss work and get thing done via chat service provider instead of walk over to other's workstation.
    The challengesNo career ladder/no vacancy. People tend to stay put and turn around rate for senior position is very very low. Increment of salary is not always what you will hoped for.
