    The good thingsYou can decide your own tech stack and showcase your creativity in system designs
    The challengesOne man show, there is no colleague to back you up. Have to attend to ad hoc promotion events that basically dont have a break which is irrelevant to programming. Information on promotion events are all last minute

    The challengesTraditional company culture, poor management, multiple task and need ready to be work 24 hours even in weekend. Working here please do not aspect to get any appreciation from management.
