    The good thingsEmployees are like family, happy, eat together, have fun together. sports activities.
    The challengesLow benefit, only 8 days annual leave. Management overall very calculative and not willing to give even though they always mention money is not a problem. Maximum increment only RM100 per year!!! Bonus only one month!!! Old staffs leading the company... hard to have better future. Management always use KPI incentive to press employees and threaten not to have annual increment. 100+ CCTV!!!
