    The good thingsReal fun working environment, for me as part-time (as I was holding 2 jobs), was an out of this world experience!! Met great staff, Supervisors,Managers, Branch Manager. All working hand-in-hand to ensure smooth flow of daily operation. Good place to start off for new-comers, university graduates or students awaiting results of previous examination.
    The challengesNothing in particular, just as long as there is teamwork,patience,respect & understanding, the feeling is as though U are shaking legs while earning money!!

    A solid company with some room for improvement
    The good thingsThe company tends to promote staffs from within the company, which is great as it means employees who work hard gets rewarded. It also practices gender equality and people are promoted based in their skills and not gender.
    The challengesThe work/life balance for employees in the mid management can be improved as there are many instances that there are simply not enough supervisors in each outlet to run the show. This means longer working hours.There needs to be a better hiring process and the company can definitely do better in retaining their senior staffs.

    The good thingsCompany performance in terms of P & L will be openly shared during monthly management meeting. Knowledge/ Information on current economic situation are being shared by management.
    The challengesStaffs are not being acknowledge by merit or work performance but base on relationship with top management. Too much meetings. Lack of bonding among top management with employees
