There is no professionalism and a lack of system, I'd say. If you work there, expect a bunch of awesome colleagues. They will give you an experience you can never, ever forget. And, they have the tidiest and cleanest working environment!
The challengesIt still depends on which department you're in. If you're in Marketing, forget about work-life balance. Training, expect a peaceful life. Operations... don't think you'd wanna know.
