    High targets, fast pace, and strong rewards — great place for driven salespeople.
    The good thingsThe sales targets are high but the rewards make it worth it. The return is attractive if you perform, and it’s motivating for people who like to push themselves and go after results. Definitely a good place for driven salespeople who enjoy a performance-based environment.
    The challengesThe targets can be pretty challenging and the pace is fast, but that’s part of the excitement. It pushes you to step up, think differently, and improve along the way. If you enjoy a bit of pressure and like chasing results, it can be very rewarding.

    The challengesYou have to deal with the emotional and non-professional manager! How to define non-professional which is he will being favoritism and if you trying to defend on something that you are deserve then he will start using HIS POWER... Being personal attack to you and blackmail to above him. Manager tittle but no professional and qualification to match his tittle..

    Great company but with toxic superior.
    The good thingsA company with great plans & many projects in the pipeline. The top management seems to be quite ambitious. Salary package is competitive.
    The challengesUnfortunately I was under a toxic superior who only know how to make own self look great by boasting about own achievement. Also a biased person who practice favouritism.

    Whether big or small always is urgent matter from user.
    The good thingsCo-worker friendly, variety food stall and restaurant outside company.
    The challengesHeavy workload, Superior expected you work and do more than agreed on, support and managing 10 companies over 750 employees including Factories and Branches with 2 employee IT hardware. Each every subsidiary companies are individual in management. Handle Multiple Urgent matter from multiple company.

    The good thingsWorking hour flexible, the COO can communicate with workers and sporting rather than the upper level such as manager, supervisor etc. Production excecutive always shout at nobody without hear any explaination.
    The challengesNeed to prepare mental and physical to confront the upper level on what we are doing because they would not trust us, they only trust "senior staff". Familism, senior-junior level and too many conflict instructions from upper level.
