    think twice before join
    The good thingscolleagues are truly one of the best parts of the job. The team is supportive, friendly, and always willing to help each other out.
    The challengesThe management environment is quite toxic, with poor communication, lack of direction, and little appreciation for staff effort. The workload is consistently high, and it often feels like expectations are unreasonable, especially given the low salary and lack of proper support.
