    Their need to send foreigner work with an experience worker so that we can change our culture of work
    The good thingsLearn so many from here which is bad thing and good thing. Local worker is very friendly and easy to communicate
    The challengesLanguage barrier and poor equipment supply which is not suitable for heavy work. The spec given is different from local. Giving job that is not in our scope of work. Foreigner worker is not capabilities and unexperienced to do work, just follow the book that is very different from working on site
