    Very unstructured and unorganized.
    The good thingsDon't find any thing good.
    The challenges1.⁠ ⁠The company only counts overtime if it exceeds 2 hours. 2.⁠ ⁠Although I was consistently punctual, the lack of a key forced me to wait for late colleagues to enter and clock in. Unfair for me. 3.⁠ ⁠No clear organizational structure. Tasks overlap, poor communication, and no time management.
