    Great work balance, management are great
    The good things- The management are really great. - Staff are very friendly and only strict on work. - The company really appreciate the staff.
    The challenges- fast paced environment. - language barrier for some foreigner visitor. - Absent is not recommend as everybody works as a team.

    Good company with solid foundation
    The good thingsEstablished clear SOP and work processes. Very helpful for new comers to learn about their job and responsibilities. Embarked on a change management program to prepare new market challenges. A lot of experienced people in the company.
    The challengesPerhaps due to complacency, the staff motovation level is low and tendency for learning seems to be missing. Acceptance for new people is not encouraging. Decision making is centralised at top management level.

    The challengesRegarding the collision between feed chute no.18 bender and the concrete according to the drawing MC363-31-32-1032,According to the drawing of MC363-31-32-1032,when we are installing feed chutes 18(DIA 450 duckfoot bend),the lower flange of the feed chutes bumps with the concrete ,causing that the feed chute flange can not be installed normally.We want Metix TO TELL US HOW TO DEAL WITH THIS ISSUE?

    The good thingsI FEEL I WAS WELCOMING TO BE APART OF THIS COMPANY. THE COMPANY DID VERY WELL IN MAKING GOOD RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TOP MANAGEMENT WITH REGULAR STAFF. ALL STAFF WERE WORKING AS A TEAM AND TRYING TO ACHIVE WHAT IS THE COMPANY GOAL FROM YEAR TO YEAR. WORKING WHIT THIS COMPANY IS ONE OF THE GREAT EXPERIANCE I HAD.
    The challengesAS USUAL, STAFF ATTITUDE IS ALWAYS THE CHALLENGING THING. WHEN THERE ARE PERSONAL MATTER MIXED UP WITH OFFICE JOB, WE CANNOT PRODUCE GOOD OUTPUT. ITS NOT ONLY EFFECT THE INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE BUT TO ALL HIS/HER TEAM MEMBER. IT IS HARD TO WORK WITH SOMEONE WHICH HAVE PERSONAL ATTENTION IN THE COMPANY.
