The challengesIf there are no challenges there wouldn't be self improvement. We strive to bring out our best after each challenge we face. This nurtures us into being sustainable to handle crises if arises. One of the challenges face by most organizations is the budget. I do have yearly budget planned for my department and each year I ensure that my department's expenditures stays within the approved budget.
