Management set in their old-fashioned ways, hierarchical
The good thingsOffice is nice Lawyers are professional and good at their work
The challengesWhilst the lawyers are good at their work, management of human resource is bad, not transparent and cannot take criticism, old schooled, expects you to work long hours, lack of respect for your personal life

Comfort zone to work as a Secretary for a Partners / Lawyer
The good thingsOpportunity for learn if you were no experience at all. As a medium size legal firm, they were quite successful. This is a firm I'm not willing to leave, if I'm choose to be a secretary for my life time work. I love to work at this firm.
The challengesNo challenges at all for an experience secretary, the only thing to so call challenges I think is PR with colleagues. Everyone have different character.
