    Typical local company in deep struggle with transformation
    The good thingsFriendly colleagues; not much of obvious office politics; some opportunities to learn; more would have achieved if the top management is willing to accept advices.
    The challengesPlenty of under-communication, miscommunication and even refusal of communication circulating around which have impacted, mostly the people on lower level of the hierarchy, affected their work flow and worsely their performance review. The company attempted to give impression in a way, having an \"open minded\" culture, so called \"welcoming any opinions and feedbacks\" \"for the sake of growth and improvement\", but after all your ideas will be worthlessly ignored following a \"brainwashing\" session with their \"strong beliefs\". Advice to the management: Break the communication barrier, listen and accept ideas from lower level staffs; get rid of conservative policies and adapt positive organisation culture.
