    The good thingsGood working environment and benefits are well provided. Been exposed to a new things and give opportunities to get a skills training.
    The challengesThey are challenges but have to manage to handle and this challenges makes me more proactive and competence.You need to handle few projects at one time. Besides, project dateline is very tight so need to focus on the job during work time

    The good thingsLove the working environment here, everyone is helpful and friendly. Employer is good and always provide chance for their staffs to upgrade their skills by attending workshop, seminar and IT events. Employer will reward their employees for their contributions to the company and this is a great way to motivate their employees to work hard and grow together with the company.
    The challengesSometimes when the team is rushing for projects, it would affect the work / life balance. Problem can be solved if you know how to manage the work and time properly.

    The good thingsAble to learn new thing as management always give chance for self-learning and there is many challenge that come with different project that can enrich your profile and experience. friendly working enviroments, got chance to travel to project site and visit customer project site for those like to travel outstation. got chance to works with customer which is GLC company.
    The challengesgreat challenge come with great responsibility, most of the time when dealing with project deadline have to pay extra effort to delivery. but that also mean can expose to more skills learning chance. it would be great if the current team is growing into much bigger scale where job can be distribute and work, life balance can be improve. even there is chance to attend different courses but due to project busy, u hardly can attend as well. wish management can allocate more time for this to let employee up their skills.
