    Peasy.AI should stand for 'Please Escape As Soon as You can'. There is absolutely no onboarding, no proper documentation, and no clear direction. You are expected to hit the ground sprinting while blindfolded and then get blamed when you trip. The boss is inconsistent, emotionally reactive, and has zero patience. At times, it feels like you're dealing with tantrums rather than leadership. You're left feeling like a problem, not part of the team. One of the worst professional experiences I’ve had. It was a harsh reminder of what happens when you ignore the early red flags.
    The good thingsIf you ever want to test how much pressure you can take before mentally breaking, this is the place.
    The challengesNo onboarding, no documentation. Unrealistic expectation. Emotionally reactive boss. No clarity, boss has zero patience High pressure, zero structure.

    HAVE TO BE A SUPER FAST LEARNER
    The good thingsGreat office view, company provided laptop and desktop for you to work. Colleagues are good and friendly.
    The challengesThe boss try to upload everything he learned in 15 years to your brain in one week. He has 0 patience, if you cannot get his point right away, he will be very frustrated. No work life balance either. Every staff could not last more than 3 months. Don't be surprised if you are the only staff there.

    Not for slow learners
    The good thingsThe head of the company is a very intellectual person but lacks the capabilities to teach and yet insists on carrying out the trainings on his own.
    The challengesYou will be under constant pressure and always being pushed for no less than an A+ If you are extremely hardworking, driven and devoted to nothing but your job then you can give it a try. But you’ll most likely be crushed by the pressure and outrageous expectations. Dont expect anything easy to come around.
