Projects here mostly is high-rise, mix development, and school.
The good thingsFriendly colleagues. Most of them are young. Nice company interior design and environment.
The challengesNot much experience seniors, can't guide you well. Company system a bit messy and not matured, since this company set up not that long period. People mostly work at least until 7:30pm everyday.

The good thingsGive chances for fresh graduates to start their observation about what we need to be in the future. All the staff was willing to share their skills in different dept with different thoughts and experiences.
The challengesTo handle each project that consists of a lot of aspects to be considered. As a new person to get involved in this field, to deal with the building that provides service for the public is one of the biggest responsibilities that with have to tackle in.

Great working experience and friendly colleagues
The good thingsColleagues were very helpful and generous with advices. The senior was willing to bring an intern to site meetings as well as construction site to gain exposure and experiences as well. Two thumbs up!
The challengesWorkspace was a little cramp to accommodate quite a large number of employees. However, they're moving to a new office and unfortunately my internship has ended before the move.

The good thingsVery humor and kind boss and good college. A lot working experience can be learn from here and a lot exploring opportunity. Senior are very kind to teach us to complete the work.
The challengesThe salary is not really high. Plenty work to do and always work over time. A lot challenges while doing work as exploration of drawing skill and presentation information.
