    Great Workplace and Career Journey
    The good things- Direct reporting is encouraging and allows great deal of innovation, something that is aligned with the company's core values, - Fast-paced and efficient decision-making, - The top management sincerely cares for the employees In short, I can really experience the 2 core values, Care and Innovation here.
    The challenges- May need to juggle with additional job roles (but at the same time, I learned more from this) - As the company moves in a face-paced manner, task/ project may subject to several revisions for betterment before finalization

    The good thingsAbove average remuneration package , good benefits for the staffs . Supportive management & colleagues , Open communication environment
    The challengesCompany ambitious to push for growth . Can be seen as challenging if the staffs are not ready to take up the role. However it's a great learning opportunity to expand comfort zone
