    The challengessmall space , make so many product cant even go out , need to cover 2 branch without getting fuel elaun , and the owner is our manager , so why need more people if u can do 8 people job with 2 people ?

    Great working exposure by company
    The good thingsPositive working environment and very helpful coworkers and superiors. I was exposed to the real working life during my internship there. Learned a lot and gain some wonderful experience while working there.

    The challengesEVEN THOUGH THE COMPANY HAD BEEN ESTABLISHED IN 1997, THE SYSTEM IS NOT WELL IN PLACE AND CHAOTIC. THE SOP AND WI ARE NOT PROPERLY DRAFTED AND PRACTICE. SAME TASK, BUT DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS DO IT DIFFERENTLY.

    If you want to gain knowledge, then its good, but if you want to seek high salary here, it nay from me.
    The good thingsI learnt alot, sometime it out of my specified works, but fun though, yet tiring.
    The challengesThe last punchcard in the morning was 730, then I gotta attend early-everyday-standing-meeting at 730, if you were late, youre dead. I meant really really DEAD.

    The good thingsEveryone are treated equally here. It is great to work with a different group of people that are generous in sharing their skills and knowledge of the industry. There is always opportunity to grow, not only within the company but also as a person.
    The challengesThe real challenges will occur when we sometime faced with thight schedule to fulfill output requirement. It a bit stress, but everyone despite of any level will come to help to achive it. This is what family do!

    The good thingsThe manager always want all the staff and operator to share our problem everyday so we can get to achieve the output if his staft have problem he comes and solve it by the ways the manager also do for operator jobs and the HR also did all the staft in stor do.working together without care about their tittle.

    Priceless Experience
    The good thingsIn here, this company treated everyone equally. There are no discriminate among other religion as well. We are one big happy family here. The management will let the staff to outbreak themselves aside to improve the knowledge of the staff widely without barrier. The more the staff do the more recognizes they received. This is a perfect place for people that really want to build up their work.
    The challengesThe challenges here is as a tenant of the building, my team is responsible to maintain and take care the building of the owner as well. This by means everything that relate to building maintenance until management documentation is taken care by us , the tenant. Due to this workload will double. Hopefully owner of the building will find a way to minimize our responsibility.
