    This kind of job more suitable for man compare to woman
    The good thingsGain new knowledge and experience about courier services from loading process to unloading process. Handle how to manage customer's complaint. Handle how to manage all driver and rider that have different kind of attitude.
    The challengesDo not have enough staff, work overloaded, the salary is not worth it, get back pain and have to work more than working hours.
