The management is not open to improvements practised by other companies.
The good thingsLucky to have worked with other employees who are capable & have the potential to succeed (unfortunately not recognized by management).
The challengesThe management isn't open to suggestions for improvements. The appointed manager does not have formal training & sufficient experience in management & people skills, resulting in high staff turnover.
