    Work Life Balance and Gain More Knowledge
    The good thingslearnt more thing here since it is a small company and good exposure in problem-solving for the given tasks. No OT require which is good for work planning during working hours only.
    The challengesA highly disciplined principal will expect a good quality work from employees and they will monitor time to time. Challenging but worth it.

    The challengesThe most challenging part is hands on projects most of the time that drive me crazy, and forced me to be independence to handle the projects.

    High team spirit place. No bandwagon. Reject kids with attitude problem to ensure it fits the team.
    The good thingsAble to learn many soft wares. And good boss. Not a place for lazy people that sit in office do nothing and waiting to get paid. Hahaha. Good place for interns too. Most most important, no need to work OT. Can leave on time, when work is completely done.
    The challengesGot starbucks coffee and many food around. Don't know what to eat because too much variety.

    The challengesMood swing boss, picking on little things like how you use the software, on hold salary for a long time, no patience in teaching but expects you to know everything, outdated software & boss is always right although when he is wrong.
