Audit staff are guided and supervised
The good thingsAudit staff, especially, audit assistants and interns are properly guided and supervised by audit management. They are guided with the technology, the use of audit checklists included in the technological base systems. There is a IT trainer to guide the junior audit staff in the audit system. Their working papers were reviewed and guided by audit management & partners. The audit checklists in the system guided all levels of audit staff from A to Z. Simple tasks are also taught to them by different levels of management.
The challengesThe audit staff require to be hardworking. Have the initiative to learn the audit methodology. Some new audit staff do not clear review notes & queries. The audit staff obtain lots of assistance from other experienced staff.

    Okay
The good thingsI enjoyed doing stocktaking as I could travel all around Malaysia and enhanced my self-confidence to communicate with other people. The colleagues were nice and they always help me in guiding me to do the works.
The challengesI had to remember the knowledge about account and applied it while doing accounting tasks. I also had to deal with stress as working in an audit firm was very busy and being fast in doing any jobs as assigned.
