    I will prefer to say no for fresh graduate unless you have a strong mental and physical to work here
    The good thingsIf you are fresh graduate then this is the correct place to learn from zero. They will give you multitask job then you can use the knowledge on the other companies.
    The challengesThe toxic environment is exist. You need to learn everything by yourself. They will no provide the JD and ask you do the job. No professional on the discussion meeting with teammates.

    Actually, I feel happy to have this company as my first workplace because can learn and work comfortably.
    The good thingsThe facility is good for Muslim (mosque, separate microwave). Seniors are very helpful & teach beginner. Suitable for intern. The environment is okay, not too good/too bad. During lunch hour, got your privacy to rest & the lights off. Medical benefit is very good. If lucky, can go biz trip sometime.
    The challengesThe working hour is flexible but I'd give 3/5 rating. Some people really 'forgetful', therefore every discussion need to have black & white proof. Lack career-related training.

    The good thingsThe working environment was good, at least the colleagues were good, friendly and helpful. Many office politic in the department. Working hour was flexi and based on trust, but different superior different style, some also depends on what job task and which project handled.

    The working environment is lovely
    The good thingsi was allowed to learn a lots of thing from the side of Software Programming, Quality Control, and also Quality Assurance. During my time as intern, the working based here is more on self learning type and you can always asks and refer any enquiries regarding your works to person in charge and they will be more than happy to helps. the working time at R&D department is flexible and more relaxing as there is not uniform protocol but they still using punch card as attendance checker
    The challengesself learning as most of the staff is occupied the whole time, and the desire to learn more and more is needed.

    The good thingsThe environment is good with very little politics especially if you are in the R&D department. People there are also helpful provided that you show initiative in your work. The company pays for overtime so if you ever need to work the extra hours, there are no worries of not getting paid. Also, most of the senior members are reasonable and have good sense of leadership.
    The challengesVery high turnover rate as many of the employees do not feel appreciated enough. Benefits are very little to none which is your typical Malaysian/Japanese company. Majority of the shares are owned by the MD who is a Malaysian, thus it is a local company with Japanese influence. Management's decisions seemed to be from a single autocrat rather than a team of decision makers.

    The good thingsMy direct superior is very kind and patient who are willing to teach me like nobody else. Will provide good solution when I encounter obstacle/problems. My DOO is a kind person too. Overall, Is a very considerate company overall under this management. However, You may try other department if you really have a strong interpersonal skill in order to get things done.
    The challengesEveryday need to wake up early as this is a company that need to arrive punctually. MAny loyal old seniors who still work with the company, make the seniority more vivid. Interpersonal skill can be polished if you work with the company.

    The good thingsI don't have chance to work here yet, but through interview & offer letter that they deal with me looks very promising. Very high end & leading company in car audio system. Small company but very stable. One of the oldest company in Bayan Lepas, Penang
    The challengesThey did not well in management. In terms of time & also people management. They need to improve that to attract more young/fresh ideas to work there. They let us wait very long to be service & change schedule last minute (30minutes before actual meeting)
