    The challengesSomehow like cheated from what has been explain during interview. Informal reporting structure. Instructions given by sales and purchasing to all HOD instead of own reporting superior. Indirectly given stress on work. Long hours worked without appreciation.

    The good thingsYou will be good in the career growth if “somebodies” are friend with you. But there is more than 98% person in the company cannot get a long with “somebodies”.
    The challengesMessy job scope. Sarcastic communication. No salary movement. No matter your performance are good or bad, you will get shoot by “somebodies” in meeting unless you give benefit to “somebodies”. Flexible working only apply to “somebodies” not for all. Management are always at the side of “somebodies”, so don’t try to argue when you feel not fair. Meeting too frequently and caused no productivity. Waste time on listening nonsense.
