    Lots of improvement needed
The good thingsGood colleagues (but you might not see them long)
The challengesSize of the company is small & less structured. Typical china man way of management (family business). Benefit & perks for employees considered below average compared to most companies outside. Very very high employee turnover. Facilities & technology are way behind compared to market, hope the management willing to consider upgrade.

    Good Experience But Less Prospect
The good things- One of the division group is one of the surviving ceramics tableware manufacturer pioneers in Malaysia - Free Bus Transportation - Free Meals At Cafeteria - Parking Provided For the Employees - Learn the ceramics manufacturing processes / quality (which are few far and between) - Annual Company Anniversary Celebration with free foods - Far out locations but less traffic jam occurences
The challenges- Job description is very vague, you are often tasked to do that are out of scope (E.G: QMR need to control the internal design code ?) - Top Management (TM) resist the modern practices that are practiced outside - TM like to micromanage the employees causing high turnover - TM prefers the manual method checking instead of using automation to check

    Work Life Balance
The good things- Nice people and nice colleagues - Get to learn all aspect of finance function - Get to know the production process
The challenges- The ERP system is not fully functional, and they end up having a lot of manual works which lead to human mistake if unchecked. - The reporting deadline often cannot be met due to unnecessary workloads being assigned out of sudden. - There is a lack of focus on solving critical problem. Thus, an issue is often left unsolved. - A culture of not wanting to change.

The good thingsI don't think i am enjoy the working in Claytan due to the working environment is unclean and unhealthy. Well, I can't imaging that I found the mouse pee and shit in my drawer in every morning when I open it. Besides, become a master of \"taiji\" is a must when you would like to apply any job in Claytan group.
The challengesFor my past working experience, the most challenges in my life is how to become a best master of \"taiji\" and apply it in Claytan group. I am still a fresh learner to apply it.
