Good career kickstart but not for a long term career
The good thingsMedical card benefit including dental, vision, health screening and outpatient visit.
The challengesHQ based in Kuala Lumpur and site staff at regional hospital does not have any reason to pay a visit. All training were done online which make the engagement between employees across hospital a little bit poor.

The good thingsGood working site. Helpful staff and team who provide guidance on performing job-task. Good medical benefit coverage.
The challengesSelf-paced, must be willing to handle job-task independently most of time. Must be very familiar and well-knowledgeable on the study protocol.

Overall it was a good experience
The good things1. I love my colleague when I was working there. 2. Love the fast paced environment. 3. A lot of good things to learn from the work, colleague. 4. Top management has a clear vision and mission. 5. Good Benefits provided to the staff
The challengesIt is difficult to deal with a very demanding third party (pharmaceutical company) and it was also hard to get full cooperation from the relevant ministry). The related ministry should have provide more support to CRM and they must to something to change the foundation of clinical research in Malaysia.

    Expanding tremendously!
The good thingsEnjoy working environment with a lot of new things to learn for me. It was my first job and this company provides me a good platform to enhance my knowledge and skills. Each day, I learn a new thing and it a lot. Compare to what I learn during my study, it was more on theoretical part than practically. My colleagues are great, friendly and helpful. That the main thing I stay in this company. Love it!
The challengesThis company has a lot of potential in future. However, the are several things that need to be improved, such as, SOP and talent management. Other than that, this company sometimes had a problem in term of liaising with stakeholder as there are too many distractions in term of decision making from external parties. Aside from that, communication between Head Office and sites must be improved as sometimes important message been left out at sites.

My life as a Study Coordinator...
The good thingsBright future in the field of working, though hard task given at times. Apart from it, very good reasonable salary given. Adding to that, staffs are well taken care of. Working materials provided such as laptop. Flexibility and conducive working environment among staff and top management leaders. Training provided to enhance knowledge & skills. Given a chance, I would love to join them again!!!
The challengesThe headquarters is in KL. Attachment to the organization which I was required to work with, was really challenging with some known problematic staff. To work with them is a great experience for me as I learnt that humans are unique. Apart from it, I was always targeted to do lot of task that not under my responsibility. I took it as a learning process and teamwork.
