    Friendly company that values teamwork
    The good thingsIt’s a great place to learn. There are many seniors, especially 3D modelers and technical architects, who are very helpful and willing to teach. Everyone is treated with respect, so you never feel shy to ask for advice. The company values teamwork and makes sure that everyone is included, including interns.
    The challengesJust like in any other firm, you need to know how to handle deadlines. I did experience a bit of unfair race treatment from one Project Architect, but that seemed more like his personal attitude rather than the company’s culture. Some assistant architects also act like hot shots at times, though that might just be the usual hierarchy between them and interns.

    Friendly environment, good team, just hope have better work/life balance
    The good things- Very friendly environment, people are treated with respect. - Seniors are understanding and will listen. - good projects for fresh grads to grow - loved the company events, they do help a lot in teambuilding.
    The challengesSometimes when need OT you will have to OT. Intern did not have any OT that time. Working hours just fluctuates and not fixed. Heard the long term employee says that its more on personal management, but I doubt it. Not blaming the boss only, it could very much be the client's problem also.

    The good thingsOverall great company to work, staffs are friendly and patient to teach plus very organize working ethics. Able to learn and approach different kind of projects and role.

    A good place for experience
    The good thingsThe involvement in projects of a larger scale which involves mainly in multiple landed residential and high-rise projects. Fellow colleagues are friendly and helpful creating a great environment for learning without prejudice.
    The challengesTight deadlines and extensive multitasking are required where time management is an absolute requirement. Steep learning curve with a challenging project director. A lot of patience is key.

    Nice working environment, less OT, people are very friendly, good bosses.
    The good thingsThe office obtained ISO standard, everything is systematic and work efficient. The working environment is good and all the staff are very friendly. Good office culture with a lot of events.
    The challengesThe time management due to the last minute changes by the client. The communication between the bosses and the lower staff has to improve.
