    Overall is okay. Boss is super nice person.
    The good thingsProvide variety food n drinks in pantry and able to de-stress by playing games with colleagues.

    A start-up with vague directions
    The good thingsPlenty of opportunities to propose ideas and since it is a small company, outstanding performances are easy to be seen and if you're lucky, promotion is always there for you. Not much of micro-management so you have some freedom in your work.
    The challengesThe management sometimes changes their mind on certain things which make it difficult for us to follow. Cross departmental communication is quite weak so problems and misunderstandings are hard to avoid.
