    Good place to work, calm and not noisy
    The good thingsSimple, good IT admin team. Other than that people dont bother if they dont know you. Surrounding is calm and good and not noisy.
    The challengesBoring as we work too hard and the increment is not that good although company rank top 3 globally. There also a hard thing to have opportunities for career development.

    The good thingsMedical and dental benefit. Annual salary increment , subject to staff & company annual performance. Free food on Malaysia festival celebration at the office like Hari Raya, CNY, Deepavali, Christmast. HR always organize activity like CSR, hiking activity on weekend, futsal and bowling tournament. Company will gift company marchandise every year on staff birthday. Work-life balance for me under customer care dept.
    The challengesNo time flexebility for the working hours. It’s either 8.30-5.30 or 9.00- 6.00 clocking time.

    The challengesTons or work even on till night and weekends. Cheap company facilities. Low salary with high work demand. Toxic management and colleagues who will shout and disrespectful even during probation they'll teach you once and will shout if you ask a few times.

    The good thingsWorking and office environment are good. Friends and colleague are helpful. System is safe to used and protect yourself during filing stage. any wrongdoings can be detected by whos performing this and that. we ere provided with shipping training and we have our lunch ceremony for the whole office for every major event like christmas, raya, deepavali and CNY.
    The challengesBut, workload distribution is not fair and no one is supervising it professionally. Some of the job/tasks given cannot really be measured and were not told to do before we accepting the job. Once top management is given a mission, they would throw everything to the staff without reviewing it first. Its a good challenge for us.
