    The challengessuperiors always remind about punctuality but they don't practise it themselves. superiors are okay with arriving early to work but not okay when leaving on time. project management could be improved. slightly lower than average salary and benefits.

    The good thingsColleagues are helpful and teamwork is amazing. Though the developers are mostly from India, there are no problem with communicating on the issues and solutions. Learned a lot on client's business processes, laws and procedures during employment.
    The challengesThe workload was immense. Expect to drown in them. No time with family, even when your family need you the most. Too much workload for a team to handle in very tight deadlines. Seriously need to add more resources. Management was quite reluctant with this idea.

    The good thingsI have few good thing to share here such as flexible working time, involve in big project, positive environment, high salary, salary payment on time, good to travel while working experience, able to claim for traveling, company car have provided and many more.
    The challengesI was in training department before and the challenges working here is need to work and think faster because this company work based on project so that our company need to give faster and right decision to make them survive. It's such a great experience to know what the strategy they used.

    The good things1. Apply CMMI Level 3 for all the projects 2. Provide increment and Bonus every year 3. Provide training for certification which is to be applied in project i.e: Prince 2 Practitioner 4. Hire Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist team members in the project
    The challenges1. Most of the projects are delay due to under estimated all the functions involved 2. Business knowledge of the project is not up to the comfort level 3. Configuration Management is not well monitored and maintained 4. Lack of communication between System Analyst and Developer 5. Risks are not well monitored and maintained

    The challengesUnable to get feedback on time due to manager not around. Helpless. No team work. Roles been pushing from one person to another. Team leaders did not take up the responsibilities.
