    The good thingsThe boss gives a lot of opportunities for you to learn, to grow and to be groomed. In business, this company is looking at what you can do now, what you will bring in the future, but not the mistake you have made. Which is a good thing.
    The challengesThe boss and the HQ boss sometimes may have different direction in certain things, which is sometimes difficult to follow which direction. But there will be discussion about it, to come out with an answer.

    The good thingsGood things about the company is that you can expect good support from the top management to the different functions be it the operational, support, logistic, technical. The company also practice lean management in where a decision doesn't need to pass through layers and layers of approval before getting things done.     The good thingsthe company really values work-life balance and are currently in the trial period of doing flexible work hours. the MD in the company is very fair; very kind and very inclusive (outgoing and proactive, really values company bonding) but strict when it is necessary. the company values individuals independence; you will have the freedom to solve your own problems and implement realistic changes
    The challengesthere are some conflicts in management but it is regular conflicts over how to move the company forward. MAY be overwhelming because you to wear multiple hats in the company
