    The good thingsCommunication and prompt action into HSE matters to avoid accident or incident. Encourage participation of management representatives in HSE walkabout and Tool Box meeting. Strong expectation from every division to perform well in compliance to HSE to the satisfaction of our client Petronas Petchem. All observations found unsafe will be rectified with immediate effect and report to main contractor i.eTECNIMONHQC HSE dept.
    The challengesEarly planning of work schedule must involve HSE factors. To consider the role of HSE personnel in mitigating the work process is carried out in safe manner.Require personal approach to encourage foreign workers to comply with stipulated regulations.
