This includes considering your finances, product development, distribution and marketing plans. Develop a structure for your organization and then adhere to the processes you've defined. 2. Strong and Positive Leadership Good companies have leaders that are decisive when it comes to steering the organization's course. They know how to build strong relationships and provide open communication with their employees. They motivate their team and hold everyone to high standards of responsibility and accountability.

    The good thingsMust have goods knowledge for setup all IT infrastructure and make sure the banking operation is running smoothly. As a manager, one of the biggest responsibilities is to inspire other people to be the best versions of themselves.     The good thingsMy employer is very supportive person, full of courage and always give me advice to improve my working skills. He will never let his staffs fell down when they do not achieve the target of the organisation. I enjoy working there with the helpful staffs, always give me helps and never lack of giving me benefits inputs.
    The challengesThe company should provide more staffs in order to have better working quality. They also should do regular meeting because from there the employer can know how the staffs progress and what the problems they faced. Furthermore, they also must provide good facilities to make staffs fell more convenience to do their works.

    The good thingsNo tight policies and procedure.
    The challengesDon't have straight and firm policies, circulars and procedures although the bank established long year ago. A lot of meeting but not firm is justification and result. Low system support and management decision. The bank still dont have a new CEO on the day i post this review.
