    The challengesNot much to learn, which feels like a waste of time With low pay and no increment. Not suitable for teenagers or fresh graduates.

    The good things- Relax working environment. - Flexible Hour. - Helpful Boss and Colleagues. - Good place for beginner developers.
    The challenges- Low annual increment. - Project is client based so will encounter possible scenarios where deadlines are short so have to rush things and quality of work will be affected. - Project management could've been better
